Too many Leader back out easily.. T hat can't be you, its so painful to watch people starting very well but fail to finish due to obstacles on their way to completion. Boldness is a necessity for today leadership environment, because of the though challenges Leader are facing today. From the co operating setting to market setting. From the Church setting to our educational  environment to name but a few. Leader are meant to solve problems every day.. The more intense the problem is the more greater the bold leader is willing to persist. The key to great LEADERSHIP is BOLDNESS.

I guess you are very conversant with this question and the story of the man who ask this question. In case you don't know him, it was Saul. This  question was the beginning of his transformation. The answer he got from that questions was to  " Arise and go into the city and you will be told what  you must do" The shocking thing about this was that by the time Saul arose up to go, when he opened his eyes he wasn't able to see again. So, Saul spent three days without sight and food. Don't forget the Bible said his eyes were open, but he has no sight. Pause to think about that for a minute.
